History

At 01^stMay 1962 the company was founded in Fridingen by Vinzenz Sattler. Due to its outstanding technical and craft skills, the company Vinzenz Sattler GmbH soon acquired a good reputation in the industry of ophthalmology. At 01^stJune 2005 the operation was taken over by Franz Epple, who now leads the company as the new Managing Director of V. Sattler GmbH.

In the course of training and development, the company V. Sattler GmbH invested in a larger office building under the leadership of the new managing director Franz Epple. The move to the new premises took place on 8/20/2007. The company produces with 15 employees and all items are produced in Germany suburbly.

We want to continue successfully the nearly 50-year old history of our company. We intend to keep producing high-quality and versatile self-retaining retractor and eye speculum for ophthalmology. Furthermore, the company Vinzenz Sattler GmbH would like to adhere the leading market position and expand if possible.
